Our host Simon Jones speaks to our Headmistress Emma McKendrick, about why leadership is important and how girls are encouraged to find their own style of leadership true to themselves. She is joined by the new Head Senior for this year, Lola, and the new Deputy Head Senior, Cleo. Both in Upper Sixth.
